Timetable

UPDATE: From Monday June 1st, 2 classes per week will be held at the Yoga Moves Studio, as well as via Zoom, i.e. Monday 9:15am class and Thursday 6pm class, until the end of term 2, 2020. Please contact Jenny to register your interest to return to the Studio so that social distance spacing can be maintained. The other classes will continue to be offered via Zoom until the end of the current timetable.

Feldenkrais for Beginners: 6 weeks April 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, Jun 2

Feldenkrais for Beginners is the best place to start if you have never attended a class, or have only tried a few.

WEDNESDAY 7:00am to 7:30am

Feldenkrais for Runners 6 weeks Wednesdays April 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, Jun 3

The Running lessons will be suitable for experienced runners and beginners, whether you are starting to build up your running program or thinking about it. Experienced runners may gain a sense of improved efficiency, less effort and more coordination with their running. If you have any niggling injuries you will also find these lessons helpful.

WEDNESDAY 9:00am to 10:00am

Physio based: Strength and Balance class: 10 weeks April 29, May 6,13,20,27, June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1

The Strength and Balance program will be suitable for those people wishing to begin strength and balance training, as well as anyone with previous experience. This is not an Awareness Through Movement class and is designed from a Physiotherapy and Exercise perspective. Of course, the Feldenkrais Method will weave its way in, because that is how it will work best  😊

Calm Relax Move with ease 6 weeks April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, Jun 4

Calm Relax Move with ease Awareness Through Movement® lessons will assist you to discover your tension holding habits, particularly in the jaw, neck, shoulders and abdominal area, and ease them so that you find a sense of being more present, calm, and grounded each day.

Walking series 6pm – 7pm 10 weeks: April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, Jun 4, 11, 18, 25, Jul 2

When you have made your payment for the class please notify me via email and I will send you the Zoom link before the class.
