Physio and Feldenkrais Strength and Balance 7 weeks: August 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, September 7th, 14th, 21st

WEDNESDAY 7:00am to 8:00am

Feldenkrais for Runners 7 weeks: August 12th, 19th, 26th, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

THURSDAY 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Exploring Fundamental Movement  7 weeks: August 13th, 20th, 27th, September 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
