An individual session available

An individual session is a great idea, either before you commence classes or as an adjunct to your attendance at classes.

This provides you the opportunity to ask more specific questions and explore your movement patterns and habits.

It almost fast-tracks you to gain a clear understanding of how you do what you do. Moshe Feldenkrais said that “when you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.” Several possibilities arise from this.

You learn how you may be contributing to issues you experience as pain, stiffness, or limited movement. You discover what it is you wish to gain or change, and how to go about it. You also find how to utilise this learning in daily life.

Jenny also teaches the Pregnant Pauses® Program. This is a unique program designed specifically for pregnant women to learn how to move more easily and comfortably throughout pregnancy.

When women are ready to re-commence exercise after their baby has been born, they can continue classes with Jenny that include appropriate lessons to enhance pelvic floor, lower back and hip function. This series will complement a safe and healthy return to previous exercise activities that you may have engaged in.

Jenny believes that educating her clients about their condition and how to manage it enables them to live a healthy lifestyle. Empowering her clients with knowledge and self-awareness results in improved self-management and less dependence on others for treatment.
